WHAT MAKES HEATREFLECT™️ TRAINING GEAR DIFFERENT?

The HeatReflect™️ training gear isn't everyday wear or athleisure. Our product is performance based, a fitness tool to help you with your workouts, like a good supplement or a piece of exercise equipment.

Q. Can I cross-train with it?
A. Yes. HeatReflect™️ training gear works incredibly well with other athletic disciplines. The training gear was designed to support an eclectic range of environments with technologies such as being water resistant , protection from UV rays, and incorporating anti-microbial technology to allow for indoor and outdoor use. 

Q. Can I use HeatReflect™️ training gear in a yoga class?
A. Absolutely. You can use it in a heated room to generate more heat or you can use it in a non-heated room and simulate the same effects of hot yoga. Make sure you maintain a healthy intake of water.

Q. Can I wear the HeatReflect™️ training gear to swim?
A. Yes. HeatReflect™️ training gear is water resistant and lightweight. It will keep you warm in the water compared to swimwear and athletic wear. 

GENERAL USE

Q. Will my HeatReflect™️ training gear work if I only buy one piece of the set but not the other?
A. Our HeatReflect™️ training gear is very effective in enhancing heat to the body part that the fabric provides coverage to. For best heat-stress results, we recommend that your whole body should be warmed. Using one part of the set may not ensure total core warm up and may not maximize our products’ benefits to the fullest. 

Q. How do I wash or care for my HeatReflect™️ training gear?
A. You may hand wash or launder our products in a laundry bag, in cold water, in a delicate setting.  Do not put your HeatReflect™️ training gear in the dryer. Hang dry only.  

To minimize creasing, we recommend hanging on a regular clothes hanger. Do not fold to store it. 

Q. What is that imprint or crease that I see on the fabric? Is it a defect?
A. It is not a defect. Our proprietary HeatReflect™️ fabric has a unique memory cell structure that takes on the form of whatever pressure is applied to it. As you continue to wear your HeatReflect™️ training gear, the creases will disappear over time.

Q. I don’t like underwear lines, can I not wear underwear with it?
A. We always recommend wearing undergarments with your HeatReflect™️ training gear to support the highest standard of hygiene. You will be sweating as your train and we recommend bathing after your workouts. 

Q. Will the fabric stain from wearing deodorant?
A. As long as you wash your HeatReflect™️ training gear after your workout, potential staining should be minimized. Using natural deodorants will not only reduce your body’s overall toxic burden but most will not stain your gear. Natural enzyme laundry soaps are the best way to safely clean your gear from bacteria and odor without leaving a residue.

Q. Will the HeatReflect™️ training gear keep me warm if I am not working out?
A. No. HeatReflect™️ training gear is designed to insulate the heat around your body when you move in it. The HeatReflect™️ training gear requires movement to generate heat. The more you move, the more heat you generate.

Q. Should I talk to my doctor before using the HeatReflect™️ training gear?
A. You should always consult with your physician before you participate in any new physical activity that is not a part of your regular routine.

Q. What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?
A. The limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover general wear and use. We do offer general repair at a reasonable cost to the original owner of the product. Please see our  Lifetime Warranty for more clarification.

SIZING AND STYLES

Q. What if I am between sizes?
A. We recommend ordering the smaller of the sizes. HeatReflect™️ training gear is meant to be worn snug to achieve the best results. Our proprietary HeatReflect™️ fabric has an incredible range of elasticity.

Q. If I don't fit your sizing chart, is custom order available?
A. We are not able to offer custom orders at this time.

Q. What if it doesn't fit?
A. We do allow exchanges for size, but you will have to pay for the shipping.

Q. Does HeatReflect™️ training gear come in other styles?
A. Yes, more styles will be offered. Check our website often to see what’s coming out next. 

Q. Does HeatReflect™️ training gear come in different colors?
A. HeatReflect™️ is currently offered in black, more colors will be available at a later time.
